Delivery Details

We utilise Interlink Express and Royal Mail for all our deliveries within UK and Worldwide.  All International orders will require a signature on delivery and you will be provided with a tracking number once you receive your dispatched order confirmation email.   UK orders under £50 in the UK will be sent by first class post unless alternative arrangements have been made. UK Orders over £50 will require a signature.

Delivery time is estimated at 1-2 working days from date of dispatch, some Islands and Scottish Highlands may take slightly longer.

Europe

Orders under £150.00         -           £7.95

Orders over £150.00          -           FREE DELIVERY

Delivery time is estimated at 3-7 working days although to some countries it may take slightly longer.

Rest of the World

Orders under £150.00         -           £9.95

Orders over £150.00          -           FREE DELIVERY

Delivery time is estimated at 7-10 working days although to some countries it may take slightly longer

Conditions of Delivery

Please note, we are not responsible for customs charges/taxes once the goods enter your country of origin. We also reserve the right to cancel international orders should we feel that there is a risk of the order not being delivered due to war, postal strikes or in some cases, if it is not financially viable for us to delivery to your country, this may be due to the weight of the items(s).   This is usually rare, but if the event should arise, we will offer you the option to pay the additional shipping costs or refund the order.

Should there be any delay dispatching your order, for example poor weather conditions, item temporarily out of stock or any other unforeseen circumstances we will contact you within 1 working day (usually sooner) of your order being received.
