How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery information is provided on the item page. Once you've selected your product options, such as colour and size, the website will display delivery information. We have next working day delivery available on in-stock items.

Can I change my delivery address?
If your delivery has not yet been processed, we can amend your delivery address. If however, we have already processed your order, then you will need to contact us to rearrange the delivery.

How will my order be delivered?
This depends on the service you have selected and which country you are from. We use a number of couriers including Royal Mail, Interlink and DPD.

Is an item in stock?
All items we list display whether it is in stock or not. If we do not have a product in stock, you can enter your e-mail and we will notify when it is back in.

I'm going sailing for the first time, what clothing do you recommend?
This depends on a number of factors. For instance, where you are sailing and what season. In colder conditions, we would recommend a waterproof sailing suit, warm mid-layer top, thermal top, thermal trousers - as well as winter gloves, thermal hat, thermal socks, and boots.
